OUR BROKEN TABLE: Conversations About Race & Culture

Church family...to better equip you as Christians to read the news and understand the cultural and racial tensions alive in our world today I am hosting a series of online gatherings to talk about the topic of culture and race. I’ve titled it: “Our Broken Table: Conversations about Race & Culture".

This is a reorganizing of material I was invited to teach several times to other pastors at our district ordination retreats. For years God has been impressing on my heart that it’s an essential part of Christian discipleship to engage in conversations about race & culture.

Reconciliation and justice are part of God’s central testimony about Himself. And so I’ve been learning & growing and all this time I’ve been asking God…when can I teach this at the church I pastor?

Well this week I finally heard from God…time to teach this at Fraser Lands.  

This conversation will take place every Saturday morning in June (6, 13, 20, 27th).
