Believing in Jesus and committing to a Gospel-centered life produces fruit. As we begin our journey through Colossians, we will unpack some important spiritual values that help us better understand and affirm the growth that the Holy Spirit is working in us.

We would like to congratulate both Pastor Becky Lim and Pastor Monique Chan on the successful completion of their ordination journey! Our church would like to celebrate by having an Ordination Service for them on February 8, 2026. The service will begin at 2pm in the Sanctuary and light refreshments will follow in the Multi-Purpose Room. We give thanks to God for the good work that He has done and is continuing to do in their lives, their families, and their ministries!

God provided opportunities for our team of ten, to experience various new things this year.

Gospel Outreach to a Village
We gave special talks, a gospel message, followed by a session of blood-pressure measurement for adults; craft project for kids.

Shelter for Abused Girls
For four days, we led singing, gave Bible lessons paired with craft projects, group games and special talks. We also sponsored a movie outing topped off with a Japanese luncheon.

Community Children & Youth Outreach
The number of neighbourhood kids attending weekend programs doubled from last year.  We were asked to teach them the Bible. Helping all 65 minors to draw on their tote bags was not easy, yet fulfilling.

Our eyes were opened, when we had a chance to visit 2 families in a less-than-healthy housing complex.

We welcome Rufo Nator who has been hired as our new full-time Facilities Assistant. Rufo will be joining Deene and Evan on the Facilities Team.

Join us as we gather for worship, reflection, personal prayer time, and corporate prayer for important needs and issues. Let us come together to give thanks, pray for the world, our city, our church, and for each other.

Lunch will be available beforehand at 12:30pm in the Banquet Room for those staying for the Prayer Summit. Please sign up for lunch by Wednesday February 18th. You are also welcome to join us in the Banquet Room if you prefer to bring your own lunch or join us at 1:30pm in the MPR for the Prayer Summit.

If you are interested in learning more about baptism or plan to be baptized this coming April on Easter Sunday, please sign up for the class. 

For anyone who would like to either become a member of FLC or for those interested in finding out more about membership. The class will be in-person at Fraser Lands Church.

English worship ministry is hosting another worship night and would love for you and your small groups to join us! This worship night will prepare us for the Easter season and be an opportunity for us to worship together intergenerationally. 

2025 Donation Tax Receipts will be sent by email in mid-February. If there is a change in your personal info (e.g. home address, email address, etc.), please contact Jacklyn (jacklyn@fraserlands.ca) by Feb. 8th to update your records.  

If you do not have an email address, we can either mail it to you or you can pick it up from the church. Please arrange with Jacklyn.  

Sunday Parking Reminder
On Sundays, the upper parking lot is reserved for first time visitors, parents with babies/toddlers (up to age 3), people who have limited mobility, handicap parking, and drop off/pick up.
