Tombert and Joyce are thankful for the years of ministry with Youth for Christ/Youth Unlimited (24 and 16 years respectively). God has always shown them His mercy and grace.

Thank you so much for your prayer and support over the year. Coming into June, it has been incredibly eventful. 

Our youth continue to make care packages for the Downtown East Side (DTES). We have delivered over 2,700 packages since November 2025. This has been an amazing journey from starting out with a small group to hand out hot drinks and P&J sandwiches (pre-Covid) to changing our format to involve numerous youth in the assembly line process of making upgraded care packages that contain multiple snacks, drink, origami item and occasionally, socks or an emergency blanket.

In the middle of June we had our 14th volunteer trip to Camp Stillwood just in the past 2.5 years. This has been God’s answered prayer unlike what I could have imagined. Starting with His whisper, “You can fix that”, has led me to bring my guys (Burnett youth) on volunteer trips to experience God’s creation and goodness in a nature-filled environment. This has created opportunities to have God-filled discussions in the evening after watching shows like "The Chosen". God is so Good. Stillwood Camp really loves our group and we will be going back on July 14-18th. Please pray for the trip and the guys that are going as well. (Click below to read more)

A five day summer day camp, where kids from Preschool to Grade 6 can join in on the fun! A fabulous week of day camp filled with Bible lessons, creative crafts, joy-filled singing, amazing games, delicious refreshments, and lasting friendships.

There are just a few more spots available, so if you haven't already registered your child/ren for VBS and want them to attend, please register soon. Registration runs from May 15-July 5 or until space is filled up, whichever comes first. Click below for more info.

VBS Volunteer Sign Up

Sunday Parking Reminder
On Sundays, the upper parking lot is reserved for first time visitors, parents with babies/toddlers (up to age 3), people who have limited mobility, handicap parking, and drop off/pick up.
