The Unveiling of Jesus Christ

The book of Revelation derives its name from the first word in the letter “apocalypse”. This word can also be translated as “unveiling”. This letter, written by the Apostle John, is a series of visions given to the church about the resurrected Jesus. We are given a peek behind the curtain of heaven at a glimpse of what our Lord and Saviour is doing in our world. As the only book in the New Testament written in an apocalyptic style, Revelation has captured the imagination of generations of Christians and baffled many a Biblical scholar and pastor.

Come with us as we begin the journey of unpacking one of the most challenging and encouraging books in the Bible. Written to comfort and embolden a church in crisis and under pressure, this word remains alive and relevant for those who follow Jesus today.
