We Need Your Help!
We are continuing to look for help with clearing up P1 Level! We'll be working on Rooms P102 and P103 (moving furniture and Christmas Trees), reinstalling light covers (fixture lens) and organizing the new storage at Room P101 (labeling and organization of the storage). We will also need help taking donations to goodwill and recycling to the depot. Dates & Time: Wednesday & Thursday Nov. 23 & 24 | 9:30am-1pm. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Evening in Nineveh
On Friday November 25, the same night as our “Lights of Christmas” tree decorating at FLC, there will be an “Evening in Nineveh” event that will include a Middle Eastern dinner at 6pm followed by a live video call from Nineveh at 7pm-8:30pm to share some highlights/videos of what our denomination has been involved with. It will be a great opportunity for us to see what God is doing in that part of the world and with our C&MA international workers who are serving there. If you plan to attend the dinner, please register at the link below. Deadline is this Sunday Nov. 20th. If you plan to attend the video call portion, please arrive by 6:45pm in the Sanctuary as the Live Video Call will start promptly at 7pm. EDUPAVI Craft FairSunday, December 4, 2022 | 2pm-6pm Make a difference with your holiday shopping this year! The 5th Annual EDUPAVI Craft Fair makes its highly anticipated return on Sunday, December 4th in the Multi-Purpose Room at Fraser Lands. Not only do your purchases support local artisans, but each vendor at this fair is also donating a portion (or all) of their proceeds toward our mission to provide life-changing educational support to children living in under-served Guatemalan communities. |
Souljourners Christmas BanquetFriday, December 9, 2022 | 5:30pm Souljourners Fellowship will be hosting their annual Christmas Banquet for all college-aged adults on Friday, December 9 from 5:30-10pm at Fraser Lands Church. Come join us for a night of dinner, carolling, games, sharing, raffle prizes, and lots of Christmas cheer! All the proceeds raised from raffle ticket sales will go towards Edupavi Canada, a non-profit organization working to empower marginalized families living in Guatemala. Expressing the Love of God to Others
We can express the love of God in concrete and tangible ways. This year we are inviting small groups, families, and individuals to sponsor Christmas Hampers in support of two ministry areas. They are "Vancouver Urban Ministries (VUM)" and "Help for Lytton". You can choose to support one or both. Please join us in supporting these ministries and the families they serve.
